Contact us if you need help creating an account, signing in, updating your profile, managing profile information, resolving access issues, or requesting account deletion.
3. Subscription and Billing Support
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through Apple. TruePair can help with general subscription access issues, but Apple controls App Store billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
You can manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
4. Safety Reports
If you experience harassment, suspicious behavior, fake profiles, scams, inappropriate content, or safety concerns, please contact us immediately. Include relevant details such as the user profile, screenshots if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
5. Agency and Marriage Bureau Support
TruePair may allow approved agencies, marriage bureaus, or similar service providers to create and manage profiles through the platform. Agencies can contact support for onboarding, account access, profile management, and platform usage questions.

If the app is not working as expected, please include your device model, operating system version, app version, screenshots if available, and a description of the problem. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue faster.
