These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the TruePair mobile application, website, and related dating, matchmaking, matrimonial introduction, and social introduction services.
1. Use of TruePair
TruePair is designed for users seeking dating, serious relationships, matchmaking, matrimonial introductions, and related social introduction services. You agree to use TruePair respectfully, lawfully, and only for its intended purpose.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you provide, your account activity, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to impersonate others, provide misleading information, or misuse the platform.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
TruePair may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and paid features. Payments and subscription management for iOS users are handled through Apple. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by Apple’s applicable rules and policies.
4. Apple Standard EULA
For users who download TruePair from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here:

5. User Content
Users may create profiles and share information, photos, messages, and other content. You are responsible for your own content and must not upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
6. Safety and Conduct
TruePair may take action against accounts that violate our policies, misuse the service, harass others, create fake profiles, or engage in unsafe or unlawful behavior.
7. No Guarantee of Matches
TruePair provides tools for dating, matchmaking, matrimonial introductions, and social discovery. We do not guarantee that users will find a match, relationship, spouse, or specific outcome.
